I renewed My License On Friday 6/20/14

I was told by sales and support that I could use it on any Mac that I owned as long as I am the single user.I tried to use it on my Snow Leopard Macs and I got a message that the code is not valid.I sent 7 messages to SoundSpectrum both on Sales and also on Support. I never got any response not even their usual auto reply. I don't know what to do. I paid with PayPal .Should I get a refund? This is shameful that SoundSpectrum doesn't reply to me. I have been a loyal user since they started their device.

No need for two posts to emphasize your frustration.

No one here works for Soundsprectrum. We volunteer thats it. Assuming you opened a support ticket post the ticket number here and BTT will send an email to SS for you but thats about all we can do.

If this is your first problem with SS in the last 10 years then maybe you could give them the benefit of the doubt and see if they do indeed help you or abandon you. If they dont help you then ask for your refund .

First I apologise on behalf of SoundSpectrum. When you contacted the support department did you use the following link?

http://www.soundspectrum.com/support/contact.html

If you did then you would have received an auto reply quoting a ticket number. Do you not have a copy of the email they sent you that has the ticket number?

I have today Wednesday 25 June 02.30 GMT sent an email to SoundSpectrum asking them to respond to your complaint. This they will do later today. SoundSpectrum go out of their way to keep their customers happy, and this is not normal practice.

Hello Jazzyguy

The only time this kind of situation occurs is if you have either changed your username or email address. The reason I mention this is because the forum members list shows you as registering for the forum on 24 June.
I believe the person that started it all was a Commander in the U.S.Navy
The big chief who started it all is Andy O'Meara, and he was an officer in the US NAVY, sometime back in 1998 - 2000.

jazzguy, continuously posting your grief will not resolve your issue any faster. They will help you as soon as they can.

Your problem has been noted and BTT can do nothing more than send them an email on your behalf as he has done.

Please refrain from asking for help over and over.

If you want continued help from myself, and SoundSpectrum to resolve this situation you MUST refrain from making so many unnecessary posts on the forum. Also, when I sent you a mail last night it was just to check if your email address was correct. You could have just confirmed this without sending me SEVEN emails, and you should NOT have stated the following:
I AM GOING TO FIND ANDY’S home ADDRESS and tell him about this!!!!
You made your first post about this matter on 24 June, today it's the 25 June, please show some patience whilst the situation is being investigated.

Some employee of SoundSpectrum compromised my address. I couldn't have done it. I use the address daily and I am sure the employee did it. That is why I couldn't get a Download of the new version. Well I am signing on with the screwed up email and though it is false I am getting the download on 2 of my iMacs. I now have to do the rest of them. One bad link in the chain and everything goes to pieces.

How many machines are you installing G-force on?
