Error 55015 when launching sprites

Hi, I am an old user of G Force. I just installed G Force 5.2 on my new computer running under Windows 8. I can not see any sprite (message error 55015). Any suggestion ? Thanks

What are the video capabilities? If no one here can help you resolve this you may need to open a support ticket.

Actually I uninstalled G Force and installed it again and everything seeams to be OK now. Thanks for your help !
