Hi, everyone! I’m Frank, the newest employee at SoundSpectrum. Some of you may have interacted with me already, as I am helping Paul with the support work. I have to say that Soundspectrum’s users are some of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I’ve also been helping a little on the backend, and I look forward to bringing you all the best possible product that I can.
A little about me: I am a former physicist, and I love astronomy. Unfortunately, the light pollution in Austin doesn’t make it easy to see the night sky. I also love sci-fi, pizza, and comedy. I’ll be visiting these forums as part of the support staff, and I look forward to meeting all of you!

The most important contribution you can make to SoundSpectrum and members of the forum is to ensure that when members open a support ticket that these are dealt with as quickly as possible. SoundSpectrum support has been near to non existent for far too long, we have lost a considerable amount of once loyal customers due to members not receiving any response from the Support dept.
