New Release AEON 3.0 keyboard help no work
Aeon 3.0 version does not work (keyboard in J. River Media Center). Win 7 64 bits.

I send email (contact), but there was no answer. The problem was not fixed.
I'm sad.
Now, G-Force 4.4.0.B 1or2_Platinum, dont work keyboard in J. River Media Center, also. I'll send email (contact).

I received this Ticket #54906 (email SoundSpectrum of 09.20.2012, September).
I believe it is on the G-Force (keyboard). I had no answer yet.
Nothing about Aeon.

You already know: I have two licenses (G-Force and Aeon). The two programs (recent updates) has problems. I have already commented on the site and support. The keyboard does not work with J.River Media Center player.
They do not answer my e-mail. It is a serious company or not? I'm very disappointed. I think about desist.
