Wanting to contact Sound Spectrum re Commercial License

I am posting here to ask the forum members if they know a way to catalyze the owners of Sound Spectrum to respond to a request for a commercial license. I have emailed through every available channel with no response over several months. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for your response. No, I don't have a ticket number. I did not receive response from any of my emails whether to "contact", "sales", "licenses" or any other manner of emailing them.

You should receive an automated reply giving you a ticket number, this normally happens within 24 hours. Let us know how things go.

Ii did get a ticket number - hallelujah - I must have done something "incorrectly" the other time I tried this - NOW the question is (drum roll, please), will I get a reply on the ticket number?! I'll let you know! Thanks for the assist!
