G-Force 2.2 for Sonique

I really love G-Force, but i'm having a little problem with it in Winamp on my system. The latest trial version won't run at all. So i downloaded the 2.6 version from the Winamp plugins page. It runs fine, the only problem, when i exit Winamp, G-Force freezes my system and i have to reboot my computer.

Searching for a solution, i found G-Force 2.2 for Sonique. Knowing that Sonique .svp visualizations could be run in the Winamp AVS plugin, by using the SVP Loader, i downloaded and tried G-Force 2.2 for Sonique. After intalling and running, i get a message in the G-Force/AVS window that the G-Force files could not be found.

Thinking that the G-Force files (waveshapes, colormaps, etc) only needed to be in the correct path, i tried moving them to different locations, (the avs folder, avs/G-Force, avs/Sonique/vis, avs/Sonique/G-Force, etc), but none of these locations worked. I still get the message. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions the proper path for the G-Force files?

Or better still, some way to exit Winamp using G-Force 2.6 without locking my computer?
