standalone

Post by captain trips »

Hi all, I have just renewed g-force platinum, all is great, but when I try to use the standalone player I get an error message from microsoft saying 'standalone exe has encountered a problem and needs to close', has anyone come across this before, and have you any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
(I have tried re-installing, also when my firewall asked, I granted access to the internet for it)

thanks a bunch! :)

Make sure you're not using the Standalone app from the previous version. To make sure of this, search for "G-Force Standalone.app" and trash what you find and then copy a fresh copy of it from the G-Force 3.5.7 disk image.
