Making images fit on screen/float across screen

Post by stevenmochrie »

Just upgraded to G-force a couple of days ago - when I put custom images in the "particles" folder, I can't get the images to fit within the screen, no matter how much I shrink the size of the image.
I would also like to make them slowly float about the screen, if that is possible.
Can anybody provide a simple explanation for how to achieve this, for someone who doesn't have a high computer literacy? Cheers

Making images fit on screen/float across screen

Steven,

You might want to check the following threads
http://forums.soundspectrum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1358
http://forums.soundspectrum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1420
for more information.

I think I'm right in saying that this topic has come up before on this forum so you might like to search for a few key words and I'm sure you'll be able to find a not-overly-geeked explanation. :)
As the first two links point out, you'll need to create a text file to control the behaviour of your chosen image.
To be honest the best way to get to grips with it, is to dive in and have a tweak.
Sorry I can't provide you with an explicit answer, but I hope this helps.

Check out the .txt files in the "Scripts" folder for examples on how to do stuff and a reference of available commands.
