foregrounds & backgrounds

Post by james hurley »

hey guy's!! :D
notice that you removed the forground and background folders from the sprites file. (I'm a bit late noticing this I see.) But how do I get my additions to run in the forground as well as background? (I have a cool crystal skull that really looked good in the older versions forground plus a few others.) Thanks!!

maybe I should have been a bit clearer. I would like to lock a jpeg as forground display only. I'm building a system that will be only music and visuals only. its a 1gig dell workstation with 1 gig ram and 2 scsi drives both 10k. I am also looking at a few projectors. gonna bounce G-force of my cealing at my next party!!

Go into the sprites folder and look for (Default).txt Edit it with notepad or wordpad and add the line PEN = 1. (save it in text format.).

All sprites shown will now be foreground sprites. There used to be an easier way but Andy is stubborn and won't bring back the foreground folder nor allow us to create our own. Jab! Jab! (Got 'im good, eh?)
