Can Themes be used for realtime control

Since themes are assigned configurations created by checking or unchecking alogrithms it seems as though it would be a great performance feature to be able to create these and advance through them manually triggering them from a keyboard along with song changes. Similar to the other three component parts that can be advanced in realtime. It would also be great if these themes would reset immediately. If you change them through the pulll down now it takes a bit of time for it to advance to the next visualization depending on duration etc configured for other settings.

Just an idea. This would really work for what I am trying to accomplish.
