Having problems with 3.5.1 G-Force

I have just upgrade to Gold version of G-force for Musicmatch. I thought that this will be very simple but it don´t works. I followed all the download and installing instructions but all what I get is a BLACK G-force screen no image is output. The toolbar apears and I think that it´s working because it shows a list of particles, images, waveshapes, colormaps, etc. I tried disabling sound procesing divice (DFXmusicmatch), I tried disabling firewall protection, etc etc. I reinstalled the software several times but its the same. So please help me!!!.I read all FAQ and troubleshooting in your web site but nothing works.
The 3.5.1 trial version does the same: nothing in the G-force screen only black.
I´ve read in this forum that an older version works well and that you are working in solving some details in the 3.5.1 version. How can I get that older version while waiting the new one?

Now more problems. When I go to Full Sreen mode I get a lot of messages like this: "THE TOOLBAR´S CONNECTION TO MUSICMATCH WAS REFUSED"

Your firewall is blocking mm to g-force coonection. You must allow your firewall to access g-force and MM.

Not sure if this is your issue... but...

Being an IT security professional, I follow the same recommended guidelines I implement on the office Windows comps, as on my home Windows comps. i.e. I use a regular "user" account with only "user" privileges for normal computing. The admin account doesn't get used regularly. (Just like on our Linux boxes, we don't use "root," right? )

So, guess what I'm trying to say is - after I successfully installed G-Force, I ran it for the first time to be presented with a Blank/Black screen with no viz. I had to run G-Force under the "admin" full permission account once, then G-Force wrote it's default configs or whatever... and then I could use G-Force with my normal user account.

But, not everyone is as retarded as me, and most probably just use the default account created with your Windows install (which IS an admin)

I've been getting the "connection refused" error message with standalone GF but not in full screen mode. Just retried version 3.5.1 again and it freezes up too. Went back to an earlier version and it works fine.

G-Force 3.5.2 should help address this problem for you -- please let support know asap if it doesn't.
