Redownload GForce

On attempting to redownload GForce Gold into my new computer and sending Keycode etc I am informed that the code had expired and I would have to repurchase ! this seems rather unfair..does anyone know why this should be ?...

The Key Code is good up to one year.

I've had code entry problems before, as have others here, although these problems are rare.

I would shoot an e-mail to key@soundspectrum.com and let him know what's going on.

Did as you suggested..but they did not wish to know..saying that it had expired but would very kindly allow me to purchase the upgrade for Â£15...but I did not ask for the upgrade just my original version ! They said no other oulets would allow redownloads after certain times yet over the few weeks I hve redownloaded many of my original purchases some of the going back over 3 years...Its called Customer Care...by the way I have turned down their Wonderful Offer

It's too bad that you're not renewing. IMO it's well worth the money. And this time around maybe you could make a backup to CD-ROM so that you'll have it in case your computer crashes.

Please reconsider, the newest version and especially the soon to be released 3.1 looks better and works better than any previous version.

Swallowing my pride I have decided to purchase Platinum (at the full price} this I did yesterday afternoon...however I have to recieve the keycode is this delay normal ?

Please know that you will always be able to use any version of G-Force that you have already purchased and installed on your computer, as well as any software updates that you may have downloaded during the year after your purchase. There's no expiration on any software that you've already installed.

Ive done it....Platinum is now up and running !...It seems that my first purchase application went AWOL...but a second one worked OK..Thank you Gentlemen for your kind words and support..Its good to see that Anglo/American relations are at an all time high ! Thanks again ...Ken Hepburn.

I tried. They give a "page cannot be displayed" error.

I even tried right-clicking and save as.

I'm sorry the links got messed up. I was creating a new layout to support this GA thing we're doing and also just added two colormaps to the zips. Updating the web page caused the newer links to upload.
