Gforce is still not operational

Other system information: CPU 2.2ghz, 1GB Ram, Creative Live 24Bit sound card, Nvidia FX5200 videocard________

Detailed Description of Bug
SInce upgrading & purchasing this version, it fails function. The Toolbar is available, but nothing seems to work. In MusicMatch I have Geforce activative, however there is still the "upgarde to Geforce" is still in the menu.____I have Emailed you several times with only one responce. I have unistalled/reinstalled. Virus protection was off. Past trial version have worked (2.4?)

Description of How to Replicate Bug

It just doesn't work, My kids love the effects, please help us getting G-force up & running. Why no more responces from my Email requests, You asked me to provide some info, I replied, still no answer.

Have you checked your firewall? And the post about toolbar? If firewall is blocking either g-force or toolbar it will not run.

Also if using zonealarm musicmatch must have server rights to pass between toolbar and g-force. Usually I use winamp but just tryed with musicmatch and that is what had to be done. More help if using xp with sp1 firewall under toolbar in the other forum.

None of my settings have chenged in the firewall since using the trial v2.4. just upgradeed to 3.1 full version. I'm using Music Match 10.0 What should I check in my firewall ? Using Mcaffe firewall. Thanks, Ken

I do not use mcaffie not sure but when a firewall see a new install of a program even if existing, It handles it as new.
Look for programs exestions or allowing. In one of these areas you should find it. ANd let me know what you find and I can help.
But all three need to be allowed musicmatch, g-force and also toolbar.
Also here I had to give server rights to musicmatch for it to pass between toolbar and g-force.
