Any way to delay visualisation by a few ms?

I'm using iTunes but playing my Mp3s though foobar. Now when I was using the Itunes audio engine sync was spot on but the delay that has been introduced by playing through foobar is small but noticible. For example I will see the visualization react to bass which follows in by a few ms.

I was just wondering, probably not likely I know, if I could delay the visalisation by a set time os that I can ensure perfect sync?
