Any way to change default filetype from bmp to png on the snapshots?
They would retain all the details but they'd be a fraction of the size, and after taking hundreds of shots and converting them from bmp to png myself, I was wondering if there was any way to change this in the programs' settings.
Thanks guys,
FS
p.s. I'm using g-force 3.01 platinum, and also I'm sorry if something along these lines has been asked before but I wasn't able to find it w/ search.

I have a program called "screenhunter". You can use "printscreen" to save as many snapshots as you want.
You can save it as bitmap, Jpeg, or gif (not PNG, unless they've updated the program)
They had a free version. http://www.wisdom-soft.com/products/screenhunter.htm
Also, there is a program called "Irfanview" that can batch convert pics from bmps to whatever. Google it if you want to try it.

Re: Snapshots
We'll have our stuff switch from BMP to PNG at some point, but I can't say when. We have many other priorities now, but we'll get to this one before too long.Flawlesstyle wrote:Any way to change default filetype from bmp to png on the snapshots?
