Control-X file saving

Post by willrob »

When we see a config we like we can Control-X to save the WS, FF and CM info. But if we try this a seond time the first file is replaced. Is there a way to get a sequential creation, such as
Control-X.txt
ControlX2.txt
Control X3.txt
etc

where each file is a subsequent config. It's possible to constantly rename the files after they are created, but then one has to stop paying attention to what G-Force is currently doing.

Well, your keyboard has at least 50 keys you could bind configs to. Besides, how would you load CTRL-X2?

so basically what he's saying with the 50 keys thing is that you dont just got to do the Shft Ctrl X you can do Shft Ctrl C, Shft Ctrl 3 then just recall then with the Ctrl key + your script key,

the only real problem is rembering which keys you,ve already used :)
I'll come to bed once i've seen everything in G-Force.

I was just looking for a way of using the Control-X as a way to take notes: to grab the CM,WS and FF configuration that was currently playing so I could script with it later. I didn't realize that any key plus Control would work! That just the solution I was hoping for. Thanks!
