Hello nealsal

You will need to do some reading but there are some WaveShapes amongst this thread. Jerohm's are the best.

Hi Nealsal,

Thanks for asking! We are going to do exactly that, as soon as we can.

Hello Uncle Frank

Do you really expect us to believe that. Many promises made, many promises broken. G-Force toolbar anybody???

SoundSpectrum have not asked if I have any new ColorMaps, which I do. Maybe I will give them away FREE as previous, maybe not.

Hi BTT,

I'm sorry that we aren't living up to your expectations. I didn't know that you wanted me to ask you for ColorMaps. I'm happy to look at any ColorMaps that you send to me.

Hello Frank

Re new ColorMaps. Andy usually sends an email asking if I have any new maps, It's no bother either way. When are we getting the G-Force Toolbar Save Theme feature re-instated, seems so long ago Andy said it would be done.
I'm sorry that we aren't living up to your expectations.
I give you loads of credit when it's appropriate, and a little knock when I feel it's needed.

Hi BTT!

I think exactly the same. If someone demands money for something , then it should also work for this. At the moment I pay money for nothing!
That annoys me very.
If it does not soon is an update then I'll say goodbye to soundspectrum.
I am certainly not the only one who thinks so.

Greetings,

Talla :?

Sadly, there are many customers who feel the same way. I have over the past year or two informed SoundSpectrum of their customers dissatisfaction but, alas they do not seem to listen.

Hi guys,

I just want to assure you that we are listening. I'm sorry that you don't feel like we are, and we'll do our best to remedy that, while moving the company forward.

Thanks for voicing your concerns!

G'day Frank and Andy,

It's now mid October, being so late in the year maybe you could give some indication as to when we can expect any updates to existing software / and a beta / official release date for the new visualizer - 'Tunr'.

If your timeframes hold true, either it will be late October, November or December 2015......

At least please let us know if your timing is on-time, or whether we are months away from any new release or update
-or-
if nothing will actually happen 'till 2016.... no one really likes deceit by non-disclosure / in-admission / lack of communication.

Honesty and transparency for us customers is greatly appreciated...

All we ask is that SS come to the party and give us some sort of clarified timeframe / insight....

Thanks immensely :)

Alf

Hi Ozbeats!

Thanks for writing. We're approaching a release-able beta, but we want to make sure it's done when it's done. There's not a check list of things that we have to complete, but rather a level of polish that we want to reach. It's difficult to give an exact timeline, but our current goal is to get Tunr out by December. It may move on to 2016, but our soft goal is December.

I realize it can be frustrating to be kept in the dark and feel like we're trying to pull one over on you, but first impressions are important, and we want to make the best one. Thanks for your patience and understanding, guys!

Hello All

I believe many forum members / customers think SoundSpectrum have many employees hard at work on the new project and updating the existing programs. SoundSpectrum only consists of Andy who is beavering away at the coding side of things with Frank looking after sales and support. Perhaps the company is sometimes it's own worst enemy by releasing news of new products and updates that they know will not be ready for some considerable time. We all then become impatient and repeatably ask for info when basically there is no info available. So the company would probably be wise to keep things under wraps until they are a couple of months away from releasing new products or releasing updates for existing programs.

IMNSHO, The current PC product is pretty robust and does not really need an update per se. The new mobile app will be great, I am sure, and there are avenues for simple fractal creation apps as well, which I think would be great for Andy to consider too. The current crop of fractal apps on mobile devices are good but all seem to have their little idiosyncrasies. Andy adding one more to the fray would surely generate some income, unless he simply knocked it out of the park and beat all the others, the way g-force did for it's niche(s).

Hello TopQuark

So what is IMNSHO in English?

SoundSpectrum products ARE good, no one is disputing that. The company usually release updates to their existing programs two or three times per year (as a regular user you should know that). There have not been any updates since December 2014. Most users would welcome new WaveShapes and ColorMaps if for nothing else to refresh the programs. The new app for iOS should be something special considering the time it has taken with still not even a beta version yet released.
