... not. :-\ i'll definitely think 2x before suggesting gforce to someone else...

all i had was a question about multi-monitor support. I couldn't even get into the forums because i forgot how, p/w reset didn't work, and re-registering with 2 seperate e-mail accounts was met by silence from whatever box your forum is hosted on. i had to search thru years of Hotmail to find my original acct name... and now here i am ready to moan and complain about your product support.

really, things like that take away from whatever functionality your stuff offers. read a book on customer service, maybe?

I couldn't even get into the forums because i forgot how - NOT SoundSpectrums fault.

p/w reset didn't work - IF you entered the email address you originally registered with an automated email would have been sent to you with a new password - check your email, NOT SoundSpectrums fault.

and re-registering with 2 seperate e-mail accounts was met by silence from whatever box your forum is hosted on. You can ONLY register with one email address - NOT SoundSpectrums fault.

i had to search thru years of Hotmail to find my original acct name... You first registered on 24th July 2011- just over ONE year - NOT SoundSpectrums fault .

and now here i am ready to moan and complain about your product support. You have no justification to 'moan or complain'

really, things like that take away from whatever functionality your stuff offers. read a book on customer service, maybe? - We have been insulted by far better people than you.
