full screen mode doesnt work

Hi!

Suddenly my full screen mode doesnt work. It fails in winamp 5 as well as stand alone. I bdont know when it happened. maybe after i loaded something or maybe after i loaded 2.8

I have winamp 5.03a. It use to work in full screen mode. Now it starts to work for about 2 secs, then it minimizes onto the desktop exposing a windowed black panel. Only when i terminate the minimized full screen panel do i get the windowed g-force to function.

The exact same thing happens when i use gforce stand alone.

Any ideas? Other than windows updates (xp pro) , i dont beleive i have installed anything. between when it worked last and when it didnt. i hav nor tried restoring to prev version of gforce yet.

Hi Jerry,

Do you keep the focus on G-Force when in full screen?
I always had a problem with the full screen mode when I clicked somewhere in the screen outside of G-Force window, but didn't see any change in 2.8 about that...
I'm running XP pro as well, sp2

something is probably returning focus to windows. But what it is, i dont know. It is virtually instantanious tho. And once in the windows environment, i cant get back to full screen.

Big Bummer cause i love full screen mode.
