only wish I could install it
Seems I'm not able to enjoy the latest version, internet is not available where I'm living now so I cant install the new version (that I paid for), because the license server cannot be contacted. What a drag.

The best advise I can offer is to contact SoundSpectrum direct by clicking on the link below, explain your situation to them and I am sure they will respond in a sympathetic manor. legitimate complaint, but on the other hand how can Soundspectrum resolve this issue short of writing you a version of Gf which you could activate without the internet?RSL_Mongoose wrote:And how long am I supposed to wait for a reply from customer support? I have tried to think of how I would get this done if I were in your shoes and I cannot think of anything short of bringing your comp to a place were you can access the net.

I'm not asking for anything special, I just want to be able to installe the software that I paid for, (with no prior knowledge of the internet thing before the purchase), as far as updates are concerned, I do my updates manually, its not like you guys release updates once a week, its been nearly a year since aeon was released.
