A -printable- list of keyboard commands?

Is there a printable list of keyboard commands? I couldn't find one in the dox, and the only way I can view it in the program is the H key and do a Print Screen and paste it into something. But the color schemes don't usually make for a good print out and reading with that method.

hmmm Run G-force.

press h for the help page

press ctrl + alt + Print screen( prt scr on some keyboards)
This copies the screen to the clipboard

open microsoft paint up( in the accesories menu of the start bar.

in Paint select edit and then paste

hey presto a printable copy of the controls
oh god here you are


Just right click on top of this picture and selcet Print Picture

Can i also just point out that if you go to the default installation directory

i.e. C:\Program Files\SoundSpectrum\G-Force\Scripts

and open the help text, all the keys are in there you need to do a bit of a clean up though.
