Toolbox not showing

Post by lm1947 »

I just installed G-force platinum but the toobox cannot be accessed and does not show up anywhere. If I go to application and open it, Nothing shows up in the window. There is no option to access it from within iTunes either. The only option I have is to save.
iTunes. (27" iMac i7, OSX 10.6.4)
Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the swift reply. Appart from the apps. I can't figure out where G-force is installed. Is it in the library folder somewhere?

It is in Library and should be in a folder titled Application Support.
Open that and look for a SoundSpectrum folder, where G-Force resides.

I did as above - no toolbar. I am expecting some kind of keyboard short cut to bring up the tool bar, but no such thing.

You asked where GF was installed on your machine. That was my answer.

Library>Application Support>SoundSpectrum>G-Force(+Toolbar).

The toolbar activates automatically (or should ideally) when you open the GF application itself.

My fault for being vague.

Hi Jaypro, thanks for your help. I can now run the app in standalone mode. (though unfortunately still no toolbar when running from iTunes, but at least it's something)

have you updated itunes? every time they update a build GF has to be changed to work under their new specs.

this has happened many times in the past.

update itunes and see if the issue solves it self.
