Thanks, Alfred Penny
Give the guy a break!! A little patience is what's needed, I'm sure it will be perfect, when it's done......

AND..(Stands on soap box)....I don't like people speaking on my behalf, being a New member here, but a long time user of G-Force, I DO very much respect the program, and will ALWAYS stay up-graded/renew, whether or not I'm informed of updates...We all don't think alike, or have the same opinion as you :)
So...Take yeah time bud, I for one will remain always loyal to SS and G-Force (Gets off soap box) ;)

Many thanks for a great program...."May the G-Force be with you" :) :)

Ive been upgraded to Platinum for WhiteCap and G-force here for over 7 years now, and think maybe being kept informed is simply updating the estimated beta release date, say a 2 minute post for this at most.

Its okay if you have a 32 bit system running 100% well, but consider anyone with 64 bit versions of windows 7 ?
I may benefit from 8 GB of system ram instead of just the 3.25 limit on 32 bit, etc.

But I can't use g-force yet in media center for a 64 bit operating system released 3rd Quarter of last year.
Try taking a look around for Andy's earlier post on this topic which was removed and updated to the one above, it was stating G-force 4 beta was to be released in January 2010 this Year.
You're also welcome to view the GF version history release dates, and may notice release dates get further apart to the point of 2 or 3 GF official updates per year compared to when it used to be 7+ a year.

So Andy and SS has already scheduled many breaks beforehand, cheers
Don't worry, i have plenty of patience, to think im inpatient is wrong!

Al you need to understand that making G-Force work for all players on the 32 bit platform is hard enough as the players are always changing the way they handle certain actions.

making GF work in 64 bit and for ALL players will be a challenge and I am sure that Andy doesnt want to release anything that wont be usable for all.

when there were 7 updates a year GF was still young and has since grown in its complexity I highly doubt there will ever be 7 updates a year again.

As the program nears its final form (when that is we cannot know) there will be less and less updates so its natural for there to be less updates.

dont sweat it G-F 4 will be along sometime soon
