Whitecap & Win7 64bit issue - no full screen

Post by psycroptic »

Ok, i searched but came up with nothing so....

I recently upgraded to Win7 Ultimate 64bit. I reinstalled Whitecap Platinum 5.2.2. Now, whenever I enter fullscreen mode in WMP12, instead of Whitecap I get a black screen. When I double-click or try to exit the fullscreen mode by clicking on that "exit fullscreen" button (IDK what it's called, inside WMP), WIndows Media Player crashes ("Windows Media Player has stopped working.")

I uninstalled/reinstalled Whitecap, tried the previous version (5.2.1b), all with no success. Whitecap runs in regular (window) mode, just not in fullscreen.... I'd like to be able to run it in fullscreen.I have all of the latest drivers for (as far as I can tell) all of my hardware, including my vid card.

What's up? Am I the only one with this issue, or could anyone on here help me out?

Yep, I got it too. Very strange. Works fine when media player is in window, full screen is the only issue

It looks like no one took the time to thank you. Once I used ALT+ENTER I could also double click to go fullscreen and return with no error. GO CHINA!
