Migrating G-Force Templates
I've tried to find this out on other forum posts, but haven't had any luck. Where does g-force store the custom templates I create? I've gotten a new laptop and can't seem to find a way to move my stored templates from the old machine to the new one. Please help!

these templates are they in the form of a text file? just burn them to a disc and then move them to the new machine.alopukhin wrote:I've tried to find this out on other forum posts, but haven't had any luck. there is a folder marked scripts in the GF folder found in your program files just add them to the folder.
The problem is that I can't find the files at all. There's a folder for templates, but the custom ones i've created don't show up in there. I've searched my entire hard drive for the names I gave them, but came up with nothing. They are definitely saved, because when I run g-force they are available, but I can't find the actual saved files anywhere...
do you have your comp set to not show program files? if so make them visible and you should be able to find your scriptsalopukhin wrote:The problem is that I can't find the files at all. I am showing hidden and system files, still nothing. My apologies, btw, what I'm looking for are "Themes", not "templates". In the g-force install directory is a folder called "themes". Within that there are sub-folders for each of the themes that come with g-force, but nothing for the themes I've created. I've used search to no avail, but will try again. What I'm hoping is that someone out there knows where/how custom themes are stored.
Ok now we are getting somewhere at first I thought you meant scripts but now that I know what we're talking about here is where to look.alopukhin wrote:I am showing hidden and system files, still nothing. look in C:/documents and settings/your user name/aplication data/ folder,
there you will find another sound spectrum folder in it is another folder named themes with subfolders custom and folders named after your themes this is where all your themes are stored.
