First I must say that I rarely buy anything shareware, but this Plug-in was worth it, by far the best one I have ever seen.
Now even letterboxed the framerate is a bit slow, and I need some upgrading advice.
I'm running this on my HTPC, currently specs:
Vista 32bit ultimate
Nvidia 7300GS 256MB DDR2 (512Mb with the use of Turbocache)
1920x1080 Resolution
Pentium D 945, 3.4GHz
2GB RAM
Now anyway I'm upgrading my computer, I have just ordered a:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40GHz 4MB FSB1066 Boxed and 2GB more ram (so that I have 4GB in total)
Do you think this will be enough of an upgrade, to make G-Force smoother in 1920x1080?. As I understand it this plug-in relies heavily on the CPU right?. Or would it have been a better idea to upgrade the graphiccard instead (keep in mind that I don't use it for gaming).
And if I should upgrade the graphic card, any advice on what would be sufficient (must be NVIDIA though).
Upgrading my PC, need advice on improving G-Force performanc

At a fullscreen resolution of 1080p (1920x1080 or higher), you will not get G-Force to run faster than about 32fps. It's a limitation of the software. While a faster processor will equal better performance, the fastest Core2Duo processor overclocked to 3.2GHz can only achieve around 32fps in G-Force. Intel explained to us that CPUs are not optimized for graphics computation. This is why an otherwise blazing fast system runs G-Force slower than expected.
