Subtle themes for my photos

Post by Shav »

Hi all,
I use G-Force as a cool way of displaying my photos while playing music - as most of ye probably do!
Alot of the time I find the sprites, fields, animations (whatever ithey're called) are quite intense and its not possible to see any of the background photos. Just wondering if anybody has setup a theme with just nice subtle & mellow animations so that it's possible to view the photos in the background?

If so, can somebody send this theme on to me?

Like a recent post, I've tried to setup themes but I can't get them to work

Cheers
Shav

Hey I am new to g-force gold as well but am working on a subtle slide show theme as we type. I will put it up when I have it finished.

I have a wave called (chk_nothing) that displays nothing on the screen so that you can view background images without anything getting in the way. I also have a few colormaps that 'electrify' the backgrounds: (chk_back0) and (chk_back1).

The parenthesis around the name means that G-Force will NOT use those configs in it's normal slideshows. They can only be used by calling them specifically in a script or selecting them from the toolbar.

There are a few other colormaps such as chk_four74 that work well with background images. Please see link below. BTW, I just added a "MoreSprites" link to the website.

Cheers chkman,
works a treat. I used the chk_nothing for the flowfield and waveshape. If only I could get themes to work, I'd be laughing! Thanks
