video questions?

I just got the g-force gold and love all the capability of it. But I am having one problem. I work alot and have very little time to read through all the (example) files and am having a hard time finding what video files g-force will except. I have only tried avi so far and it said error loading yada yada yada. I did remove all image files from my sprites first yet it still did not work. I am guessing that it does not like avi.... But I would love to know what files it does work well with. Thank you for any help.

It seems to work best with straight-up .mov files; so you might need a converter if the files you already have don't have that tag.
