only wish I could install it

Post by RSL_Mongoose »

Seems I'm not able to enjoy the latest version, internet is not available where I'm living now so I cant install the new version (that I paid for), because the license server cannot be contacted. What a drag.

So I guess by nobody in managment chiming in here that I'm just out the money I spent on this, same as last year, I didn't get the gforce update because my license expired 2 days before it released after waiting for 6 months for the new version.

The best advise I can offer is to contact SoundSpectrum direct by clicking on the link below, explain your situation to them and I am sure they will respond in a sympathetic manor. The SoundSpectrum team rarely visit the forum.

legitimate complaint, but on the other hand how can Soundspectrum resolve this issue short of writing you a version of Gf which you could activate without the internet?

This leads us to your second problem, even if you get Gf running how will you receive your updates?

I have tried to think of how I would get this done if I were in your shoes and I cannot think of anything short of bringing your comp to a place were you can access the net.

I'm not asking for anything special, I just want to be able to installe the software that I paid for, (with no prior knowledge of the internet thing before the purchase), as far as updates are concerned, I do my updates manually, its not like you guys release updates once a week, its been nearly a year since aeon was released.

Hello RSL_Mongoose

As already suggested by m2c who I believe gave a reasonable explanation about activation and his suggestion that you could request a refund.

Good luck!

If you are saying you have requested a refund but have not received this then quote your ticket number you would have received from SoundSpectrum here on the forum and I will contact SoundSpectrum on your behalf.
