A place or interest in user genorated content?

Post by DireWolf »

Just bought Aeon Platinum and really love it, The python scripting,Color maps ect make it quite flexible so I am wondering is there a place already or interest in a sub forum for user generated content?

I looked around and didn't see anything for AEON so just wondering.

Great app btw best $30 I ever spent :)

Hi Direwolf

welcome to the forum.

are you asking for a thread to post your configs for Aeon? if so I can create one but dont really think there will be too many people posting stuff, maybe one or 2 and yourself. hopefully you will spark some interest we'll see what BTT has to say. :D

Aeon is a cool prog, SS is getting closer to the kind of graphics you see in professional multi media programs seen on tv! cant wait for those future versions!! :D :D

Hello DireWolf

If you have created any kind of configs then the correct procedure is for you to submit them to SoundSpectrum:-

http://www.soundspectrum.com/support/contact.html

Select the General tab.

Creating a thread for your Aeon configs is not really the way it works.

Thanks BTT for the answer. It's what I wanted to know.

Do people often submit works or is this very rare ?

Hello DireWolf

Unfortunately not many users submit configs. I think the lack of users submitting configs for Aeon is Python. There are a few very clever users who I know are creating some 'out of this world' configs for G-Force but for reasons unknown do not submit them to Andy (Andy O'Meara) who owns SoundSpectrum. Myself I have created and submitted 605 ColorMaps which can be used in both G-Force and Aeon. Andy demands work that meets his high standards, but do not let that put you off.

Regards BTT
