iTunes, having problem with 3rd party Visualizers

Post by sherloc987 »

I installed iTunes 9, and everything is fine for the most part. I previously had Whitecap and G-force installed. (The free versions). Neither is showing. I reinstalled both, and the DLL files are in the correct Plug-Ins folder, but neither shows within iTunes. (only the two default visualizers show up)

The home site for G-force and Whitecap does not have any news. Has anyone else had a problem with 3rd party Visualizers not showing up in iTunes?

Hello sherloc987

Try this:-

iTunes

Run the G-Force installer.
Start iTunes.
In the View menu, select Visualizer -> G-Force.
In the View menu, select Turn On Visualizer.

If that fails then contact SoundSpectrum:-

.

iTunes 9 is an old version. If you want current Soundspectrum progs to work you need to update to the latest version of iTunes which is 12.9.1.4.
