WhiteCap 6.8 still unusable with JRMC 24 64-bit

Post by Helibaby »

Hi folks,

Aeon and G-Force are already fixed some weeks ago, but WhiteCap still crashes JRMC 24 64-bit.

What's the problem with WhiteCap?
It should be quite simple to fix WhiteCap in the same manner!

Has SoundSpectrum no more interest in further development of their products?

Regards,
Helibaby

Hello Helibaby

I thought SoundSpectrum were going to release an update for WhiteCap. Your best bet would be to contact Brandon at SoundSpectrum.

The new release 6.8.1 still crashes JRiver (23 and 24, 32x and 64x) upon startup when you double click a file IF you have WhiteCap as the starting Visualizer in the Playing Now window. This is the same behaviour as 6.8. If JRiver is open before playing a music file then it works. WhiteCap 6.7 works without a problem but 6.7 has iTunes issues, whereas 6.8.1 fixes the iTunes issues.
