I am broadcasting audio over Airfoil to a Mac that is running Airfoil Speakers. I bought WhiteCap Platinum to create visualizations based on the sound being played by Airfoil Speakers, however I cannot figure out how I'm to do this.
Can anyone provide a suggestion?
I thought SoundFlower was the answer but if I set SoundFlower as the output I cannot hear the audio (though I WhiteCap set to SoundFlower as its input visualizes the audio, but I can't hear it).
Standalone taking sound from Airfoil Speakers?

The awesome folks at Rogue Amoeba answered my query...
You can do this with Audio HIjack Pro by doing the following:
1. Leave your sound output in system preferences to the default.
2. Set Audio Hijack Pro to use Airfoil Speakers as its source.
3. In the Effects tab of Audio HIjack Pro add an Auxiliary Device Output effect.
4. In the setting for that effect, set the audio device to SoundFlower
5. Set you WhiteCap software to use SoundFlower as its input.
Hope that helps,
