wc standalone on 2 screens one for viz/second for controls

Post by ashenash »

Im sure this has been answered before, but I cant seem to find it.

I am running WC platinum on pc and would like to have the standalone control menu on my laptop and the vizuals on my projector screen.

I can get the viz on the projector using extended desktop, but I cant find a way to get the control menu on on my laptop.

Seems like it should be simple, but Im an old fart who cant hack my way out of a wet paper bag.

Any tips appreciated

Whitecap does not have a separate control panel so there is no way to bring the controls to the lap top, unlike G-Force which has the toolbar which you can drag to another screen.

I think I toolbar for whitecap would be good but I guess the guy who developed it would like it to be different from G-Force.

thanks for that clear answer

Seems like a useful function, would be a nice feature. Shouldnt be that difficult to make a toolbar moveable, for a programmer, I mean.
