Site Support not working - sorry

I'm very sorry to put this here, but as there is no board for site related problems, I didn't know where else to go. I've been continuously trying to reply to an ongoing support ticket, but every time I hit Submit, the page just goes blank. When I try to open a new ticket, I hit submit and my message just sits there. I've successfully used this feature before with no problems, so this is new - just over the last couple of days.

I'm using Safari 3 on an iMac G5 running Mac OS 10.4.11.

Thanks in advance for any help, and sorry again for the placement of this post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention--we did indeed have a problem (introduced last night) that affected submitting tickets in some browsers. This has just been fixed. Please update your ticket and support will respond to it promptly. Thanks again.
