I'm using White Cap with J River Media Center 10, and I get this error occasionally. It comes up when I am using the Media Server, on the client machine. Sometimes also on the server.

what can it be? it appears on the white cap console. a similar error occurrs with G-Force as well.

Is the cover art file path correct? sometimes ppl move the src folder (or there's some other reason that makes the file path name inacessible). Also, If you don't have QuickTime installed, there's only a limited amount of image format support (BMP, JPG, and GIF).
