Okay, I recently built a new rig w/ Windows Media Center and dumped all my movies/music over to it. Windows Media Center basically uses a special verison of Windows Media Player, so the Whitecap/G-Force plugins work fine... only with Whitecap there is a problem.
When visualizing music, the +, -, Backspace keys do NOT work. The plug-in takes precedence over all keystrokes that Media Center would normally use to exit the visualization and navigate to other music/movie files... I have to use the mouse to get out or Alt-F4 it. Can't press a keyboard/remote key...
Is there a way to disable Whitecap keystrokes?
Searching these boards I've only found reference to this issue here-> http://forums.soundspectrum.com/viewtopic.php?t=267
But, this discussion revolves around G-Force. And the last post in that thread by JayPro reads...
...which is simply NOT the case with Whitecap. The Windows keys, +, -, etc. do not override the Whitecap keys....when GF is within a given Windows-end media player such as the one(s) described here, that player's hotkeys take precedence over (read: hijack) the assigned key commands otherwise reserved for G-Force by itself.
So... can we disable or change Whitecap's keymapping in a config or something? Any help would be appreciated...
