Whitecap.exe???

Has anyone have "Whitecap.exe"?
I recently purchased Platinum hoping to get the standalone version of whitecap as suggested when buying Gold or Platinum.
I also noticed there may be an upgraded version of whitecap coming out??

I too just bought Platinum OSX and was under the impression WhiteCap Standalone was included.
