Can't get Whitecap standalone to see audio source

I'm on Windows 11 and I'm playing music through Apple Music (which no longer has a visualizer for some reason). I can't get Whitecap to recognize my audio source (a headphone jack plugged into speakers). I've tried the basic method and tried the SoundSpectrum Audio Cable, and can't get anything to work. Can I get some help? Thanks!

Apologies for the delay. Andy is working 24/7 on a new product due for release sometime in November/December, however, I will ask him again if he could take a little time out to respond to the issue you're experiencing.
