Error when installing WhiteCap 4.7.4 (SE)

When I try to install WhiteCap 4.7.4 (SE), I receive an error message in the installation screen saying "There were errors installing the software. Please try again later" right as the installation program is at the actual point of installation. In other words, I receive the error message after I've successfully gone through all of the previous installation steps up to clicking on "Easy Install." When I click on "Easy Install," I receive the error message. I've tried installing a few times and receive the same error message each time. Here are my tech specs:

Mac OS X 10.2.8
PowerBook G4, 1 GHz
Currently have WhiteCap 4.7 (copyright 2004), located in Library > iTunes > iTunes Plug-ins > WhiteCap (folder)
