an ashamingly simple visualisation question

Post by Micelius »

Hello guys,
I'm no expert on visualistaions, just I love them... :)

As you seem to be experts (and I love G-Force) I dare ask you one question:

Is there any way to make a "natural"visualiser"? Or, even better, does any such thing exist already? I mean something using motives like flowing water, leaves, sun beams, blizzards, etc. - in the fairly realistic colours, but changing actively with the music, as this would be much more fun (and easier for the pc to count) than just playing a piece of music and a nature film together at the same time.

Great Thanks if you can help me

...There is an iTunes viz called Fountain Music that in a rudimentary way acts like the flow of water according to frequency response.
Another one called "soundScape" simulates the creation of terrain by the same principle.
I would imagine that doing something as you have suggested might take quite some time to perfect. This makes me wonder whether Andy's Project X might have something like this.
