Hello,
I have had G force and Aeon (Platinum Editions) for a while now. I have not used them in a few months and went to use both recently, but neither will work. I have updated my hard drive but that was done via a direct copy of the old one and nothing else has failed. I have also recently purchased and installed Serato Scratch Live with the Video SL plug in but I do not think that would cause it. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall but the installer tells me that it can not install because itunes is open even when it is not. Can anyone help me with this? I am running a MBP core i7 processor, 4 GB ram, 750 GB Seagate Momentus XT Hybrid HDD, and OXS 10.6.8. One other thing, I did remove my optical drive and replace it with an additional HDD but again I do not see how this would effect it. I have checked all my firewall settings and everything looks correct. Thanks in advance for the help.

I would suggest you uninstall both G-Force and Aeon making sure to delete all folders created by both programs, I do not know where they are stored on Windows 7 as I use XP. It's also best to uninstall the media player you are using. Then download and install a new copy of your media player followed by downloading and installing new copies of both G-Force and Aeon.

while I dont know for sure, I'd say you are having a problem with itunes. uninstall as BTT suggests and make sure that before you reinstall G-Force check to see if the version of G-Force you are using is compatible with the osx and the version of itunes you run.
