i purchased soundspectrum awhile back (spring of this year) and recently tried to download the latest update and it said my serial was not recognized. i copied pasted, manually typed it several times so that's not the problem. do i need to repurchase or what?

I would simply ask for an entirley new serial number and see where that takes you. Im pretty sure that that's all you'll need to do.

after all this trouble i found my correct serial.

the best thing though is the quick response from key, support team and the rest. awesome product and awesome crew. nice toolbar, toolbar console, etc.....
