installing the SW in too many pc?

hi, i can not re-installing my software, G-force sayd that i installing the SW in too many pc, but i have only changed from WIN XP in WIN 7.

i open 2 ticket but no one answers.
someone can help me?

you are going through the correct channels... I think part of their install count includes the disk size/partition size metrics, so if you change either, you incur a hit. They can/should reset your count if you sent a trouble report through support. If you change the partition size back to a working in install, you will probably be alright for the time being.
