Would you prefer "window" or real fullscreen mode? (see below for background and info)

Real fullscreen mode (res mode changes can be done inside of SS products)

At the moment, SoundSpectrum products use the OS to enter fullscreen mode. The unfortunate consequence of this is that the other display devices become black/unusable (and therefore can't really be used for, say, controlling the G-Force Toolbar).

For some time now, we've been considering using "window" fullscreen mode where the window in effect maximizes to the desired display device, allowing full use of the other display devices. The downside is that being able to select the fullscreen resolution therefore goes away. However, given that the user can always change the current res mode via the OS, it's not like users would be able to switch res modes (it just becomes more of a pain).

Also, in window fullscreen mode, performance can take a hit since exclusively using a display devices cuts out some of the OS's overhead.
