I've had a commercial G-force license for some time now. Ive been trying to renew my license. I sent payment by paypal and started a ticket over a week ago.
Why are they not responding ?
Anyone know how to get through to these guys ?

We try very hard to be respond to all new tickets within a business day, so if it's longer than a couple days, it's because we may have made a mistake or somehow missed your ticket (again, we try very hard to be responsive).
So, please open a new ticket and reference your old ticket if you still have questions or problems.
