I just stumbled over a review at FAZ,net (a big german newspaper) to g-force and a customer complaining the missing "german support"- therefore he´s not willing to buy.
How about a group in here "foreign languages", and in there subgroups:
-- german support...
-- french support...
-- italian ...
and so on? The groups show the flag of the country so people searching support get the clou.
Either you try to find admins capable of one or more of these languages, or users helping out.
