Geforce Gold Splash Screen....

Can I mod the splash screen appearence time, I love the program, but since I payed for it now, I'd like the splash screen and text to disappear faster, I know its lisenced to me and I know its Gforce, its nice and all and I understand it being there, but can I shorten it in any way? Thanks guys in advance.

Also, Can I shorten the time of the trackname appearence. I like it, but I don't want it there so long..... I want these both shorter so I can enjoy the actual geforce more but I like both features.... Just need tweaked in my opinion. Thanks again.

Considering the mega-cheap price that Andy charges for the best visualization software on the block, you should kiss his feet for limiting his little bit of advertising and ego gratification to only 15-20 seconds. Kwiturbichin! I do agree with you, though, that there should be Prefs variables to control duration of Track information, as well as all other window text messages.

The splash screen doesn't last for *that* long. Esp if you consider that there is a little loading time in there as well.

I mean people don't complaint to warner bros or someone when they dispaly their company logo at the start of a film/DVD.

I'd also like the splash screen to disappear a bit faster. Frankly, I've had friends who have been turned off of buying G-Force precisely because of this issue. Five seconds of splash-time would get the "brand" into people's minds, without risking irritating potential customers.

If the Splaash screen weren't there we'd be looking t a black screen until all the componants load.
