Question re: Waveshapes Code (att'n Andy in particular)

With the understanding that the current effects processor is pickier than ever before vis a vis absolutely correct syntax, what would be your verdict on the following?

I've seen the Stps part of the waveshape code given values both with quotes and without and in either case, both seems to work. Which would be/is best for the current version? Or is it one of those "either way is okay" things?
