New purchase no license email, help
I recently decided to purchase the g-force platinum and it took the money but I've yet to receive my license email. I've waited 24 hours out in a request on the contact us but I don't even get the ticket email saying they received my request. Any help to get this solved would be awesome.

Thank you. I do appreciate it. Things happen, but I just didn't know if because I wasn't even getting the emails for the tickets, if they were seeing them at all and forums seem the next best place to try and get noticed, haha
